Cataphoretic painting (KTL)

A surface treatment procedure mainly used in the automotive industry which provides good corrosion prevention.

I. Pre-treatment:

Our six zones, spraying pre-treatment line adds a micro zinc phosphate layer to the metal parts (layer weight: 1.5 – 2.5 g/m²). The chemicals are privided by CHEMETALL, the bath parameters are checked by their experts regularly.

We use an immersion based technology with silk gloss black indoor PPG paint. Drying happens at 155°C object temperature. The layer thickness is 15 to 30 micron.
